Isabey perfume was created in 1924 by Baron Henry James de Rothschild. Its perfumes soon acquired a worldwide reputation for its unique quality of creations bottled in its luxurious flacons and went on to win several awards. But due to historical events, Isabey closed its doors in 1941 and it wasn’t until 1999 where it was reborn and its legendary perfumes were reinterpreted for the modern world. Despite its reedit, Isabey remains one of the world’s most luxurious perfume houses.

Composed of a sunny, creamy, and narcotic white floral bouquet, Avant et Après by Isabey is lulled by a sea wind in a refreshing signature. The fragrance opens with Freesia lending a touch of floral grace and gentle sweetness to the composition, and Frangipani Flower, bringing sunshine and warmth. The heart unfolds with Jasmin Sambac, with its floral, voluptuous, sweet, and slightly animalistic scent. In the dry-down, Vanilla, Benzoin, and Musk emphasize the sweetness and intensity of the Tiare Flower. -
