Princesse de Coeur – The scent of a Princess Laurent Mazzone was inspired by S.A.S. Princess Stephanie of Monaco and wanted to create a scent that reflected her elegance and kind-heart. Princesse de Coeur is like a potion of immortality. The scent opens with a soft woody scent and slowly develops into a more alluring and bewitching scent of patchouli. Underneath all this is a sophisticated scent of chypre that provides the perfect accessory for the Princess. When creating this fragrance, the perfumer imagined Edmond Dantès' time in prison – at first he thought he could be rehabilitated, but he slowly realized that this hope was about to be disillusioned. Dantès knew he was about to spend the rest of his life in Château d'If. However, he was very determined. Not only did he not give up, but he turned himself into a better person, and finally managed to escape. The fragrance opens with an uplifting and juicy mix of Bergamot and Grapefruit, together with sparkling Pink Pepper. The heart is a blend of reviving Black Pepper, Elemi and Geranium.
