Les Parfums de Rosine – Parfumerie Trésor

The Parisian fashion, Paul Poiret established Les Parfums de Rosine in 1911. It wasn’t until 1991 that the house was resuscitated in Paris by Marie-Hélène Rogeon, to combine her rich experience in the creation of perfumes. For Marie-Hélène Rogeon, as a perfumer, Rose Essence and Rose Absolute are the quintessence of all the great perfumes. She set out on to create a beautiful collection of perfumes that incorporated the beauty and elegance of roses in all her creations.

The perfumes showed the world how different combinations of roses and ingredients could create vast differences in each flacon of perfume.

Presented by 3 in a box or individually, this round and flat 100g soap is embossed on the one side with the Rose de Rosine rose design, and on the other side with the R, Les Parfums de Rosine signature. All the Rosine soaps are elaborated from a very high quality natural plant paste, and thanks to a strong concentration in perfume, they develop creamy and soft foam which leaves the skin delicately perfumed. Diabolo Rose is a fresh, floral bouquet of rose and mint, inspired by a popular Parisian drink Diabolo Menthe (mint syrup with lemonade). The top notes include Sicilian bergamot, mint and rose essence. The heart includes rose absolute, lily of the valley and peony. The base encompasses sandalwood, amber and musky notes.

When Bulle de Rose hits the air, sprinkling our body with a thousand scented droplets, we first smell the fruit bursting in the top notes, we recognise blackcurrant, with its sparkling liveliness, held by a dazzling bergamot essence. Then comes the caressing purity of a soap note, inspired by the mythical Camay soap, opening up and curling itself into Turkish rose absolute powder. Green tomato’s discreet presence infuses an element of a very slight green note to the heart of this fragrance. In its wake, the base note finally reveals its full depth thanks to full-bodied patchouli, sandalwood’s delicate woodiness and cypriol essence’s light, spicy notes, Bulle de Rose reveals its extravagant breadth with exceptional tenue.
