Claus Porto was founded in 1887 by Ferdinand Claus and Georges Schweder, two entrepreneurs from Germany in the city of Porto. Until today, Claus Porto’s factory continues to produce soaps according to the brand’s traditions in its hometown, Porto. Claus Porto combines decades of experience with contemporary formulas, enriched with the best ingredients.
The soaps are hand-wrapped in illustrated paper, inspired by Claus Porto’s century-old graphic files, and manually sealed, each soap is presented as a work of art.
